EllRie Photography – Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms
By booking a session with EllRie Photography, you agree to the following terms. These apply to all photography services offered. 

2. Booking and Payments​

• Full payment is due on day of booking. 

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior will incur a $10 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior will incur a $20 cancellation fee.

• No-show clients will be refunded 50% of the session fee.

• Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if proper notice is given.

• Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible.

4. Image Delivery and Use

• Final edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks via an online gallery.

• EllRie Photography retains full copyright to all images. Clients receive a print release for personal use only.

5. Model Release
By booking, you grant EllRie Photography the right to use your images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Liability
EllRie Photography is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss during the session.

7. Refunds
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final once services are rendered and digital files delivered.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will only be used for communication related to your session and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Updates to Terms
EllRie Photography reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes before their session if applicable.
